The development is centrally located in the mountains 600 meters east of the Huacas School, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, 15 minutes from the beach towns of Flamingo, Tamarindo and Playa Grande.

Water System: Lot 5 is connected to Hidden Valley's private, gravity fed water system. Hidden Valley's 30 meter well automatically delivers water to a 5,000 liter tank located atop the mountain on the southeast side of the Hidden Valley property. A two inch diameter master water line delivers water to each of the home lots. A one half inch line from each home goes through an AyA water meter and connects to the master line. The mountaintop tank delivers between 40 to 70 pps of pressure to each of the homes. Because the water comes from uninhabited mountains and the volume of water in the tank is replenished approximately every 24 hours, there is no chemical (chlorine) treatment needed for the water. The well has all permits required by Costa Rican law and Our company has the "Water Concession" required for installing meters and sharing the cost of maintain the water system.
